- Fort Canning Hill & The Battle Box - The fort wall was supposed to protect the fort from attacks from enemies. It was also the place where the British made their decision to surrender to the Japanese.
- Padang & Civilian War Memorial - It was built to remember the shared experiences and struggles of the major races of Singapore during World War II.
